- Développement des applications de nouvelles techniques d’analyse de surface (XPS, ToF SIMS & LEIS) pour l’étude de la réactivité des surfaces
Recherches actuelles
Depuis ma nomination en novembre 2007, ma thématique de recherche s’est orientée vers la caractérisation de réactivité de surfaces par XPS. Je suis intéressée par la mise en place d’étude de surfaces modèles de catalyseurs. Dans ce cadre, j’ai participé à une demande de financement au projet européen transfrontalier INTERREG IV, en collaboration avec Materia Nova (Belgique) et l’Université de Mons-Hainaut. Notre projet commun porte sur les caractérisations et synthèses de surfaces modèles de catalyseurs (phase métallique) déposés sur des surfaces modèles d’oxydes (de type alumine, silice, titane) qui seront préparées par Materia Nova par dépôts par plasma froid ou PVD sur support conducteur. En plus de la caractérisation, je participerai à la synthèse de films minces d’oxydes de métaux de transition par spin coating.

Mes activités de recherche étaient orientées vers la caractérisation des phases actives et intermédiaires réactionnels par différentes méthodes spectroscopiques, plus particulièrement par XPS quasi in situ et Raman operando. L’étude portait sur l’état de surface de catalyseurs à différentes charges en molybdène supportés sur alumine au cours de l’oxydation du méthanol. L’étude a pu être complétée par spectroscopie RPE/UV-vis operando dans le cadre de l’action CONCORDE au cours de mon séjour au LIKat (Berlin) en collaboration avec Dr Angelika Brückner.

Phases et sites actifs, intermédiaires réactionnels et espèces adsorbées en catalyse sur particules métalliques : analyses spectroscopiques in situ Application de différentes méthodes spectroscopiques (XPS, IR et Raman), utilisés en conditions in situ, pour la caractérisation de la phase et des sites actifs ainsi que l’identification des espèces adsorbées sur des catalyseurs à base de palladium au cours de la transformation de NO et de sa réaction avec CO.
